I'm going to be branching out.
I'm going to start making truffles!
I'm going to have a go at them this next couple of weeks.
My family will be my testers and if they're good enough then I'll start selling them too.

I also make fudge. I've not made this since lockdown therefore I'll be test making it before selling it
