Bakeryque by Raisa was established out of lockdown during the pandemic of 2020. I (Raisa) always had the ambition to further my baking skills and provide my fruitful handmade baked goods to my wider community, the lockdown proved that this was possible. What we bake
Artisan style breads using locally sourced milled flour and traditional methods of fermentation. Patisserie items such as

; cakes, tarts, macarons and in the near future intricately layered Viennoiserie items. How to order
We will be running a one day a week bakeday for the time being, all orders will be done through order forms that will be linked in our Instagram page Bio for that week. Collections from home are welcome (come and say hi) and delivery within Bolton is free.
