Finally found the perfect deep madeleine moulds!

I’ve been looking for a good one here in the UK for ages but couldn’t find what I wanted, so these came all the way from Korea.

Can’t wait to bake with them and see how they turn out!

What should I make first? Classic madeleines or something different?
