🩷 Aunty Sue’s Marble Cake 🩷

As a kid, whenever we visited my Aunty Sue she would always have bought half a Marble Cake from the shop and I vividly remember it being the best cake I’ve ever eaten! The swirl of vanilla and chocolate sponge and that super sweet icing on the top 🤤

I haven’t had marble cake for years (probably 20+ years if I think about it!) so decided to bake my own.

I hope you love it as much as I loved my Aunty Sue’s version!

As a very small apology for not being able to make the wonderful Felpham Village Fete this year, I have got a little Cake Friday Menu for you guys to collect from Sass HQ either Friday Eve or Saturday Morning.

There are some old favourites on there as well as some brand new bakes for you to try.

I know it’s not quite the thousands of bakes I would normally have at the fete but it’s the best I can do for you at the moment my lovelies!

Pre-orders for collection are now open and if there are any bakes left, I’ll pop them up on Deliveroo as always tomorrow evening 🩷
