For over 15 years our award-winning ice creams and sorbets have been made in Cornwall using traditional methods. Most of the operation is carried out by hand, but we use the most modern and hygienic machines where necessary. Our artisan-based method gives a much denser product with more substance on the palate, bringing out the intensity of the flavours. All our products are freshly made every day using locally sourced Cornish milk and cream. We use only the finest ingredients - fresh fruit and natural flavourings, you can really taste the difference.

A little delivery update 📦

From Wednesday 4 November 2026, our Wednesday delivery service will be taking a short winter pause, returning in March 2027.

The good news? You’ll still receive a minimum of two delivery days each week, so you can keep your freezers stocked throughout the autumn and winter months 🚚

We’re proud to see our bespoke soft serve being served at two destinations within the Paul Ainsworth Collection - and

At Caffè Rojano, the Whoopsy Splunker soft serve was created exclusively for the team: a bespoke blend of vanilla, brown butter, malt, yoghurt and Cornish sea salt.

And at St Enodoc, the soft serve takes on a different expression, with Vanilla Brown Butter, Milk Chocolate and Half ’n’ Half joining the menu.

Two locations. Bespoke flavours. The same belief in creating something a little special.

We love collaborating with chefs and hospitality teams to create products that are made to work with their menus - from the first idea through to the final scoop.
