The days are getting shorter, but the sunsets are still worth staying out for. 🌅

Blanket on the chair, Dark and Stormy in hand, and a little bit of Caribbean warmth on the Cornish coast. Our Dark Spiced Pineapple Rum is made with real pineapple, gently caramelised, then balanced with cinnamon, vanilla and orange peel. Dark in the glass, soft and smooth on the palate.

Top with ginger b**r, squeeze in some lime, and make the most of the golden hour while it lasts.

It takes longer. We think it's worth it. Small batches, Cornish spring water, 100% natural ingredients, and a lot of care from the people who make it.

Our Perfect Plum Cornish Rum is on Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh this morning on ITV1 from 9:30am. Tune in and give us a wave from the sofa!

English plums ripened in the summer sun, paired with our sumptuously smooth rum. Sip it neat, over ice, or try our favourite trick: warm a brandy balloon in your hands, pour, swirl and breathe in those lush aromas.

Saturday night, fire lit, Cherry Kiss in hand. Meet the Fireside Sour.

• 50ml Cherry Kiss Rock Gin
• 25ml fresh lemon juice
• 15ml sugar syrup
• 1 egg white (or aquafaba)
• Garnish with a cocktail cherry and a sprig of rosemary

Dry shake, shake again with ice, double strain into a coupe.

Apple season calls for a Cornish Gold Apple Fizz. 🍏

• 50ml Cornish Gold Rock Gin
• 25ml cloudy apple juice
• 10ml honey syrup
• Squeeze of lemon
• Top with soda, garnish with a thin apple fan and a sprig of thyme

Shake the first four with ice, strain over fresh ice, top and garnish. Save this one for the weekend.

Distillation is an art of knowing what to take and what to let go. Our 8 Year Old Single Malt Wh***ey is a testament to this philosophy.

Crafted from single pale malt barley and triple distilled for impeccable smoothness, this spirit is aged for eight years in ex-French red w**e barrels. This maturation, conducted at a steady 21°C in Cornwall, accelerates the flavour development. In fact, for every 5°C rise, the ageing effect doubles, giving this eight-year-old expression the profound richness and depth of a 32-year-old wh***ey.

Bottled by hand and cut with pure Cornish spring water to 42% ABV, the result is an impossibly smooth, elegant, and full-bodied single malt. Available in small, numbered batches.
