It's Saturday, the sun is shining and the sheds are OPEN! ☀️🧁

We've got ice packs in place and stock rotating throughout the day to make sure everything stays fresh and cool despite the warmer weather 🌡️❄️

This week's highlights include the return of the much-loved Billionaire Bruce 🤎 and our colourful Dot Cakes 🌈

And honestly... we'd barely got the doors open before people were arriving! We hadn't even put a crumbly in the shed yet 😂🙈

Thursday is here again which means sauces, caramels and dough prep day 🍪✨

As well as our tablet, we also make our caramel completely from scratch too. The sugar burns are many, the stirring feels endless and the kitchen gets seriously warm… but homemade just tastes different and makes every bit of effort worth it 🥰

There’s something pretty special about turning simple ingredients into jars of golden caramel ready for the weekend bakes 🤎

✨ THE DOT CAKE ✨

We’ll have the original viral Vanilla Dot Cake as well as a Chocolate Dot Cake too 🍫🤍

Not entirely sure what all the hype is about if we’re honest… it looks very much like America discovered old school cake and added different sprinkles 😂

…but who are we to argue when the customers have spoken! 👏🏼

This weekend honestly blew us away with some of the kindest feedback we’ve ever received. Seeing your comments, messages, photos and hearing your lovely words in person means more to us than you’ll ever know 🥹

Billionaire Bruce sold out faster than anything we’ve ever put in the shed 😳 and safe to say… he’ll definitely be making another appearance 👀✨

Alongside all our OGs and familiar faces, there were also so many new faces visiting us this weekend and watching people discover the sheds for the first time never gets old 🥰
