Hi! I’m Fiona Morris of “Fi”s Bakes and Cakes” and I love baking and decorating cakes.
I would love to create a beautiful, bespoke cake for your special celebration or event.
I am a self-taught home baker with a competitive streak, who was a bit ‘arty’ as a child. The competitive part of me started entering baking into The Grantown Show (with some success) after I returned home to Boat of Garten a few years ago. The artistic side of me was resurrected after watching the FoodNetwork series “Ace of Cakes” and seeing the incredible structures Duff was creating in cake. The two combined to spur me into wanting to improve my skills and to set up my own little business supplying homebaking and special cakes. So... here I am.
