As many of you know, I have been running the Race for Life for 3 years now. Although cancer research is absolutely a worthy cause, this year I am doing something different.
On behalf of my amazing husband Dean, I will be joining Different Strokes in achieving 450,000 steps in 30 days. That's approx 200 miles!
Different Strokes is a stroke charity with a difference. They specialise in helping stroke survivors who are young, and their families. All of their volunteers are young survivors themselves, and they have been an amazing support to me over the last few weeks.
So, please, if anyone is willing to sponsor me, to cover such a massive amount of ground in 30 days (although the uphill treck to the hospital will help) please let me know.
