Raise people and business’ up!

Share your friends business!

Share your local business!

Tell people WHO they are and WHY they should use them!

That’s how we build a proper, respectful and supportive community!

Build UP!
Not
Tear down!

Tell me your favourite small business!
Tell your friends!

I’m a massive fan of Kings Head Cafe for coffee, bakes and lunch!

Ben, Georgina and I are emptying, clearing and donating today.

And it’s seriously not sad.

I genuinely thought it would be. But nope. 😂

If anyone is needing anything, or there’s anything from the cafe you’re interested in buying, send me a message.

There’s a LOT to go. 😂
A lot is going home too though😳😳😳😳 (maybe don’t mention that to the garage goblins!!!)

Kindness.

I always look for the good in people. I always have.

Sometimes, if I’m honest, to my own detriment. Because not everyone chooses kindness.

I know closing the cafe will feel devastating to some people. But today, those four walls were absolutely filled with people who, like me, are on the kind side of life.

The ones who look for the joy.

The ones who look for the positive.

The ones who lift people up, rather than pull them down.

This is a new chapter for me. And maybe, in some small way, what we’ve built in those four walls has shown that kindness matters.

That even when things aren’t easy, you can still choose to be kind.

And I think Blyth needs more of that, not less.

We also discovered today where the Chinese whispers officially started.

So, all things considered…

Today was a good day. 💗

Last time….. tomorrow!
9.30 til sell out.

27/08/2026

Fri 10am - sell out.
Sat 9.30 - sell out (takeaway only after 11 as all tables are reserved)

Tissues, laughs, hugs - and kindness.

Closing on Sat.
Thank you! For everything!

It’s starting to feel real now.

I don’t know if it’s tiredness, or if the emotions are finally starting to hit me.

Two more opening days.

That’s it.

And then, for the first time in a very long time, I feel like I can breathe again.

The outpouring of love this week has completely knocked me sideways.

From other small businesses in Blyth, businesses I’ve met along the way, and even businesses who only know me through a screen.

People sad to see me go and genuinely wanting us to finish this chapter on a high.

It’s been unreal.

I knew I’d be emotional saying goodbye to the Pink Cafe.

I don’t think I realised quite how much love would come back at me and my amazing staff while I did it.

Two more days.

Friday 10am until sellout.

Saturday 9.30am until sellout. (Takeaway only after 11 - all tables are reserved)

And I have a feeling these two might be a bit emotional.

Sorry! Not sorry!
