I am sorry to be writing this but the time has come that I have to close my diary and stop taking orders to spend time with family.

I want to thank everyone for their orders and for giving Millie the opportunity to see that she isn’t alone in her coeliac journey.

Any orders that are already booked in the diary I will honour or if you wish to cancel message me.

Every year I have only what I can describe as my worst customer contact me.

This year she had drawings, so many themes I didn’t know where to start, every colour of the rainbow. It took me some time to sit down with her and try and get out her mind what she actually wanted on her cake and to eliminate some of the wild ideas she had.

Luckily she is my daughter🤣

Pancake Tuesday tmro quick and easy recipe for everyone and not a lot of washing up :

Choose a mug (this is going to be your measurement)

1 mug of G/F flour (self raising or if you want it more like a crepe plain)
1 mug of milk
2 eggs

Beat everything together and make your pancakes in a hot pan with a little butter.

Add any topping Millie’s fave is chocolate mine is bacon and syrup 😋
