Our version of the viral chocolate cornflake crunch trend. On the bottom we have a layer of our rich chocolate cake, next we have a layer of our silky smooth milk chocolate ganache, then we have a layer of chocolate coated cornflakes, and of course a scattering of mini eggs 😋

We haven’t done a raffle in ages so with Valentines Day tomorrow we’ve got this beautiful heart cake available. 3 layers of fluffy vanilla sponge, sandwiched with jam & vanilla buttercream, and iced with delicious white chocolate ganache ❤️
