Happy Saturday everyone. I'm spending the morning uploading products to the website, which is fairly unexciting but hoping to go live with it next month.

This is the view from my office window though. Does anyone have a better view today or a more exciting Saturday than me?

It's raining choc chips here! Who remembers the great brownie batter explosion of a few months ago? When the mixer suddenly took itself to full speed just as I added flour and cocoa powder?

Well, the mixer had been relatively well behaved all summer. Until today, when I added choc chips to the blondie mix and it shot them straight back out again, like it was hailing them down onto the baking tray. Much easier clean up this time though.

Blondies- with the choc chips inside - on sale for collection or delivery tomorrow. Full menu pinned to the top of the page. Message to order

Well this isn't baking but it very much is cake decorating. Any guesses as to what I'm up to this morning?
