We are SO excited to be featuring Biscuit Jar | Gluten Free Spreads in one of our bakes this weekend!! 🤎

Biscuit Jar Brownies - a rich, fudgy chocolate brownie layered with caramelised Biscuit Jar spread, topped with biscuits & even more spread 🤤
Alongside these we’ll have S’mores Cupcakes, colourful M&M Cookies, Mini Apple Crumbles (warm these up and finish with ice cream, custard, cream… or all 3 🤭) and an old school classic, Jam & Coconut Sponge ✨💕

I thought it was time I did an Introduction and put a face behind The Perfect Cake Shed with an influx of lots of new followers recently 🤍

I’m Kirsten the person behind all the baking, menu planning, messages, social media, shopping, stocking (and washing up 😂) at The Perfect Cake Shed!

A little bit about me… I’m a wife, a mum to my little girl, and I also work 3 days a week as a florist 🌸 so believe it or not, The Perfect Cake Shed isn’t actually my full time job!
The rest of my week is usually spent baking and prepping ready to fill the shed for the weekend.

I’m also coeliac and have coeliac in my family, which is a huge part of why The Perfect Cake Shed is 100% gluten free.
I know first hand how frustrating it can be seeing amazing bakes and realising you can’t have it, so I absolutely LOVE creating bakes that just happen to be gluten free. I want everyone who visits the shed to be excited by the choice rather than feeling like they’re settling for the “GF option”🥹🍰

What started as a little idea has grown into something I genuinely never expected, and seeing so many of you come down every weekend and clearing the shelves still blows my mind🥺

I’m so grateful for every visit, order, recommendation, share, message and follow. It means more than you probably realise and allows me to keep growing this little business of mine.

Our cake shed menu for this weekend!! 🎃🍪🍫🥜✨🍌🍰 Featuring some NEW items!!! Pumpkin Spice Cookies - the perfect treat to enjoy with a coffee. Wagon Wheel bars filled with jam & fluffy marshmallow and topped with chocolate.. I am SO excited for these🤤 alongside those we have our OG Snickers Cornflake Millionaires!! Delicious Banana Caramel Cake & Lemon Meringue Cookies 🤍🍌 Consider this the start of Autumn at the cake shed.. you can expect lots of cosy autumn bakes on the menu from here on out 🍂

Highlights from this weekend 🫶🏻
- made, baked and sold 165+ cookies 🥺🍪
- customers pre ordering boxes so they didn’t miss out
- a freshly cleaned, organised and stocked shed.. aesthetic 😮‍💨
- donating cakes for such an important charity & cause Hearts for Jude and getting my own heart checked too♥️ I lost my dad to heart disease so this one is very close to home. Please get your heart checked if you ever get the opportunity.
- a sold out shed 🥺🤍 always, always so thankful for this.
- and some much needed time in between the chaos with my little family, niece & nephew
