. I’m a qualified chef with over 25 years of experience, and a long‑time advocate of food made with intention and heart. Over my career, I’ve had the privilege of creating Great Taste Award‑winning food, but what matters most to me is keeping things honest, approachable, and enjoyable. Through Leto’s Light Delights, I now share my food from a small porch‑side bakery at home, opening at weekends and on Mondays for the local community. Everything is handmade, baked fresh in small batches, and rooted in classic, comforting recipes, the kind of food that brings people together and makes everyday moments feel a little more special. Alongside the weekend bakes, I’m also happy to make whole cakes or tarts to order for special occasions, gatherings, and tea parties, where availability allows, just ask and we can have a chat. Leto’s Light Delights is an extension of the wider Leto’s Light philosophy, offering warmth, nourishment, and kindness, one bake at a time.
