Named in honour of my beloved French Bulldog Leto, who passed away in my arms under candlelight. I offer warmth, nourishment, and kindness, one bake at a time; nourishing the body while comforti
ng the soul. I’m a qualified chef with over 30 years of experience, and a long‑time advocate of food made with intention and heart. Over my career, I’ve had the privilege of creating Great Taste Award‑winning food, but what matters most to me is keeping things honest, approachable, and enjoyable. Through Leto’s Light Delights, I share my food from my porch‑side bakery here in Devon, on Saturdays and Mondays for the local community. Everything is handmade, baked fresh in small batches, and rooted in classic, comforting recipes, the kind of food that brings people together and makes everyday moments feel a little more special. Feel free to come and meet me in person at Gotland Gin on a Friday afternoon between 4pm and 6pm, where I offer a selection of my bakes, joined by other local suppliers. I offer bespoke bakes and catering made with care. Pre-orders of bakes are available for collection from my home, or I can deliver in Black Torrington.
