With thanks to who asked me to make a cake for her sister's babyshower. A two tier vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and bramble jam, covered with while chocolate ganache under blue fondant.
Adorned with two elephants, one for each expected little star 🌟

Yesterday, we had a lovely afternoon and evening joining Mr & Mrs Pridmore as they became husband and wife. They are both truly beautiful and caring people who will do anything for anyone and who I am pleased to call friends.

I had the massive honour of being asked to be a part of their celebration in providing the wedding cake. I have never made so many sugar flowers and have learnt so much in the process. So very pleased with the end result though.

Thanks again to you both - wishing you a long happy life together ###x

Yesterday, we got together as a family (within restricted numbers) to celebrate the life of a very special lady for what should have been her 90th birthday party.

Nan/Mum/Great Grandma did her bit and kept the heavy rain away so we could all enjoy each other's company in the garden. She will always be missed.

Ps. In all the excitement of the gathering, I forgot to take a pic of the cake! Luckily we only cut the back half so managed to get this shot 🙄
