A little known fact outside of the ‘crafting’ world is that there are many scam artists advertising tables at their “fabulous event with 10k+ footfall”.
They demand money, are persistent with their messages (“have you filled the form in”, let me know when you’ve sent the money, have you done it yet, only one space left etc).
This makes genuine event organisers job very difficult.
It’s scammers like this (and not only for craft fairs or marketplace adverts) that make genuine people pull their hair out on a daily basis 😢
