Looking abit different? Yes! This is a variety of cake rolls called Biscuit Cake Roll made without any oil or fat and milk. The cake itself feels less moist than the typical cake roll but tastes super rich as only egg, flour and sugar go into it 😋

It goes so well with mango and fresh cream with a light touch of coconut (no desiccated coconut as I’m not a fan of it👌🏼). Come try it yourself at the market this Saturday, you will absolutely love it like I do 🥭🥥
