I don't have good photos of the wedding cake from this Saturday, unfortunately, as it was a super-quick turnaround of the room from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast with lots of hands on deck, so it was a case of getting it assembled and getting out of the room before everyone came back in for the speeches!

A lovely lad sent me the photo of the middle tier being cut to make up for it!

Bottom tier chocolate fudge cake with floral stencil design, middle tier Victoria sponge and top tier dairy and gluten free vanilla with floral stencilling and monograms. As usual, lots of sugar flowers 😍

Honoured to provide this wedding cake for a wedding at the beautiful Grafton Manor Hotel today. Layers of lemon cake with lemon buttercream, meringue and lemon curd, and white chocolate cake with white chocolate and raspberry buttercream and raspberry jam with pink lustre and sugar flowers in blush and dusky pinks.

I was honoured to be a guest at Diana and John's wedding at the beautiful Pendrell Hall Hotel and Wedding Venue yesterday. I was delighted to make the cake for them - Victoria Sponge bottom tier, lovely lemon middle tier and decadent chocolate top tier, with sugar roses, succulents, gypsophila and foliage.
