Hello, I'm BakerBeth Hopkins and the cakes i make are the bees knees! From vintage classics and creative cupcakes, to children's favourites and party surprises, my bespoke cakes are personalised to suit your taste. I mix ethically sourced ingredients with a sprinkling of glitter and magic to create old-fashioned delicious treats for every occasion. I am happy to cater for all kinds of dietary requirements including dairy, wheat and gluten-free and vegan speciality cakes. I've always loved baking: my experience and enthusiasm shines through in my playful designs and my carefully honed exceptionally tasty recipes. i began my career as an in-store baker at the Kitchen Garden Cafe in Kings Heath before going solo and supplying cakes to The Cross Bar and Restaurant and The Dance Workshop Cafe in Moseley, Pickles Pantry Deli in Harborne, The Grocer in Edgbaston and the famous Electric Cinema and Urban Coffee Company in the City Centre. My unique cup-cake towers are a cute and contemporary option that won't break the bank - perfect for weddings with a difference.
