Speciality Cakes Vs Supermarket Cakes⬇️

Q. WHY DO SPECIALITY CAKES COST MORE THAN SUPERMARKET CAKES?

A. Speciality Cakes are custom made based on a customers request. All ingredients used are fresh or specifically designed for the customers dietary requirements if required. Each cake takes many hours or preperation, designing, baking, decorating, intricately hand made detailed designs and lets not start on the clean up! Your paying for someones expertise in this particular field that Supermarkets can not offer.
Supermarket Cakes are mass productioned. They're not fresh or organic sourced ingredients and you pretty much get what you're given.
No thought or Love goes into Supermarket cakes.

So now you have an insight as to why us bakers charge what we do.
