Alicia’s Micro Bakehouse is bringing the art of real wood fired pizza baking back to the local community. Every pizza we make embodies our passion and enthusiasm for artisan methods and delicious food. At the moment we only bake on a Saturday (must notify us by 5pm the Friday before). We will bake outside of this baking day if there is enough demand, however, we do require at least 24 hours prior
notice due to the slow fermentation methods applied to our dough preparation. Simply because it’s better for you. Real pizza dough contains no artificial additives or processing aids. Just organic unbleached flours, water, 100% sourdough starter and sea salt.
