By purchasing a cake/cupcake selection box/bouqcake from Bouqcakes by Anousha it is assumed that you have read and accepted my terms and conditions in full. All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your exact specifications of design and size of cake/cupcake box/bouqcake. Please t

here are NO DISCOUNTS given on multiple orders. All orders must be paid for on booking and must be made via bank transfer. No order will be confirmed until full payment has been made. A confirmation email shall be sent as soon as this payment has been received. Once an order is placed, adjustments and alterations may only be made at the discretion of Bouqcakes by Anousha on an individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse any adjustments and alterations after an order is finalized. All orders are handmade to order and available for collection only from the listed address for Bouqcakes by Anousha stated in the confirmation email. All individual orders must be collected in person. I do not provide a delivery option. Wedding/party displays for cupcake towers can be delivered within a 5-mile radius. A 15-minute time slot will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please note, this is your appointment time, and collection outside of this time will have to be rearranged for the following day at a time that suits me (I am an extremely busy mum of three, who is also a student midwife working night shift placements). Any rescheduled collection times will be solely at Bouqcakes by Anousha discretion and cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances. Please respect your collection time slot. Transportation Advice - All bouqcakes, cakes, and boxes must be held flat from underneath and held away from the body to avoid squashing. It is recommended to place your order in the footwell of the car and ensuring that the passenger seat is clear of items that could slide off onto the bouqcake during driving. Please note, on receiving your order, I am no longer responsible for any damage which may occur to the bouqcake in transit, and the product is accepted as being in perfect condition on handover. Due to the perishable nature of these products I do not recommend keeping them longer than three days. There are no refunds available on any perishable item. The cupcakes/cakes are best kept at room temperature or can be frozen rather than placed in a refrigerator as this can alter the flavour and texture of the product. Store in a cool, dry place if necessary. Any allergies must be declared at the time of placing your order. Bouqcakes by Anousha holds no responsibility for any food allergies or reactions that are not declared at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of these products I cannot always guarantee 100% uniformity in colours from order to order, separate batches may vary slightly, however, I always endeavour to keep consistency. Final designs and variants are at the final discretion of Bouqcakes by Anousha to ensure the best possible result for each individual customer. Different sized cakes/cupcake selection boxes/bouqcakes contain different variants of design and colours. Final design specifications are at Bouqcakes by Anousha discretion. If you are in any way unhappy with your order please inform me promptly so that I can rectify any issues in a timely fashion.
