Still cannot believe I actually entered a real baking competition for the first time!! It was at the NEC almost a month ago. I worked so hard and it paid off, as I placed Bronze! 🥉 🥳 What do you think of my Melted Neapolitan Ice Cream drip cake? 😊 Red velvet, vanilla and chocolate sponges inside with colour coordinated buttercreams layered in between. ❤️❤️❤️
