What a pleasure, and a challenge, it was to create this four tiered beauty for Mr & Mrs Marsh 🥰 And thankfully before the heatwave hit… 😂

Each tier had a different flavour: Vanilla & Raspberry Jam, Chocolate, Red Velvet and Lemon & Blueberry, all finished off with a white chocolate ganache, and some beautiful cornflower blue roses & calla lilies 🥰

Transporting cakes is always a stress but transporting wedding cakes is a wholeeee other vibe! Thankfully we made it in one piece! And the venue was absolutely stunning!

I love how this turned out! Vanilla sponge filled with strawberry jam & buttercream, covered with white chocolate ganache, and finished off with the birthday girl’s favourite things! Music, Theatre, Perfume, Pandora… and of course her favourite colours!
