Burger & Chips...always goes down well..even better when it's a three tier burger made up of madeira cake with raspberry jam and vanilla bean buttercream, red velvet with cream cheese filling and a gooey chocolate fudge brownie centre!

Something a little different created as a gift for a bride on her mendhi function. I had never produced a dhol cake before so it was a challenge for me. The client had absolute faith in my ability and left me with the challenge of producing her this piece. Lovely feedback received from the client which always makes baking all the more worthwhile and pleasureable!

Lots of engagements this year. Here's an engagement cake from a few months ago which travelled all the way down south to Portsmouth and then to Surrey! Congratulations to Forhad and Shazmin on their engagement and all the best for the wedding later this month!
