Biscoff Brownies- using a recipe from tott brownies. First off, it was simple, easy to follow and they tasted delicious. But I think I did over bake them slightly so the texture wasn't as fudgey (my bad) nevertheless they were still soft and melted in the mouth. But the top did start to come away on some pieces when I cut into it. Now was this because of my over baking? Or because I made the brownie one day and the topping the following day- and that time in-between meant they didn't quite stick together and marry up as well? Bakers I need your thoughts.... 😊

Dotcakes have become a thing now and so naturally, I had to try making some. Apart from the fact that they are very quick to assemble, there's just too many sprinkles for my liking. Fun and easy to make but taste wise- too crunchy for me. Has anyone tried one and if so, what did you think? Eli approved, but agreed with me on the sprinkles 😁
