It’s official: Rhubarb & Custard is coming off the menu. 😭

To those who have expressed their woes… I am sorry.

One of the things I’m committed to with Micci’s Biccies is using the best quality ingredients and keeping a fresh, rotating menu. It keeps things exciting, gives me room to experiment, and means there’s always something new coming your way.

And speaking of new… our Autumn Cookie Drop is coming next month, and we need to make room for your voted-for flavours:

**Brown Butter Cinnamon Roll** — imagine cinnamon and brown butter swirled into a cookie?!

**Spiced Apple Crumble** — chunky apple filling nestled into cookie dough, finished with lashings of crumble topping.

Honestly, I’m drooling just writing this caption. 🤤

So, join me in saying a heartfelt farewell to Rhubarb & Custard… and a very spicy hello to the newbies. 👋

Throwback to when I made some of the flavours you’re asking for
 
1. The Bakewell tart - cookie base, homemade raspberry jam and almond frangipane baked on top for a lusciously delicious cross over

2. Apple Crumble - cinnamon-spiked apple pie filling, spread onto a cookie base with a buttery crumble... CORRR.
 
These were made around 2020 when Micci’s Biccies wasn’t even a thing! 🥹
 
Now we’re in 2026 and I’m desperate to make these again.
 
The bakewell didn’t seem as popular a choice on the latest poll - but that’s okay. We’ll have to pull this one out of the bag at a later date ;)
 
But as for the spiced apple crumble and the brown butter cinnamon roll?
 
Oh mate, that’s going to be divine.

It starts at 1pm and it’s free entry — I mean, what a result!
