So proud of this amazing 7-year-old baker who joined my private gluten-free & dairy free baking class today! π©βπ³β¨ From mixing ingredients to decorating delicious cupcakes, she showed so much creativity, confidence, and enthusiasm in the kitchen. It was wonderful to see her excitement while learning new gluten free baking skills in a fun and safe gluten-free environment. Great job, little baker β your future is looking sweet! πͺπ§π
Today's class was 3 hours We learned how to bake and decorate a Victoria sponge and cupcakes.
We also discussed how to read food labels when looking for gluten eg. WHEAT BARLEY RYE
