Join Timber Hawkeye, bestselling author of Buddhist Boot Camp, Faithfully Religionless, and The Opposite of Namaste, for a free discussion and Q&A about the benefits of mindfully living at peace with the world (both within and around us). Mindfulness doesn't make other people less irritating, it makes us less irritable. It's not about living in a bubble where nobody pushes your buttons, it's about getting to a point where you don't have any buttons that can be pushed.

Hi all Due to a change in circumstances Calm Coffee will be closed for the forseable future.

Opening only on events and available as workshop space.

Gemma has had an opportunity arise which she was unable to turn down but will remain a part of the team for our events including our Spring Fair and Book launch and other events.

Healing time is still open though and there is a vast array of things going on there all week every week.

Hello 👋 its been a while but with great pleasure I can confirm we are back open again.

We've joined forces with Gemma from prettywildandtasty to bring you a range of delicious Lunch time treats, and Cakes with foraged ingredients incorporated 💚🌱

We are now open from 10am-2pm Monday to Friday.
At 3-5 Cross st, Birkenhead.

Wr have free WiFi available for you to come down grab a coffee ☕️ and cake 🎂 and get some work done, you can even bring your well behaved doggies too. We love fur babies here❤️❤️🐕🐶
