Please note, from now on I will be taking a 50% deposit on all orders placed for celebration cakes.

As a small business all ingredients, cake toppers, decorations and packaging is paid for out of my own pocket and when cakes are made and not collected, there is a financial loss not only in profit.

If you need to cancel your order, please give a weeks notice to receive your deposit back, after this time parts of your order will have been bought/made (cake toppers & packaging) and I will not be able to refund the deposit.

It is really disheartening when you put time, effort and money into making something for there to be no communication or collection.
