The Teesside Flapjack Company Lifelong baker with a passion for unique, high-quality flapjacks.

After years of perfecting recipes, selling at local markets, and working in professional baking roles, I’m now launching my own flapjack company to take things to the next level. Fat Tom's Flapjacks are a true English flapjack made with the goodness of real oats, British butter and other wholesome ingredients. No hydrogenated fats, palm oil, fillers or flavourings other than what can be created with good ingredients. 16 varieties with very quirky names.

Great first day at Living North Live @
Newcastle Racecourse. Met some lovely people and got some very nice comments. One lady bought 1 flapjack to take home, ate it as she was going round Living North and came back and bought a box of 8! I hope she managed to get them home.
