Hope everyone is surviving the heatwave… throw back to last years horrendous heat wave and this disaster!

All that was left to do was add his dreadlocks, cap and final details and it was being delivered to the venue the next day.

Luckily my amazing mum stayed up with me until 6am getting it fixed and finishing it all off too - she is a legend!

I can laugh about it now 🤪

Jacks birthday cake requests are something that I look forward to each year, and his 10th birthday ‘sushi’ themed cake was no exception!

He is the reason I started baking and why The Cake Creative (formally For the Love of Baking - IYKYK) exists.

Help 😫
I’m devastated that my OG has given up on me half way through making a cake!

Thankfully mum to the rescue with her trusty that she has let me borrow for today.
