Currently working on combining two of my most popular cakes. Black Forest Gateux and Tiffin are coming together to make a more summery flavour. Vine fruits and cherries are soaked in Kirsch and combined with organic cream, Belgium chocolate and biscuit crumb to make a decadent treat. Now to find some volunteers to taste it xx
