🔥🥵🌡 Well I've got to admit defeat....anything thats not done now will have to be done this evening when it gets a bit cooler or at the break of dawn tomorrow 🫠🫠🫠 you know its hot when butter doesn't need pre-softening, the buttercream is starting to melt as soon as youre decorating cakes, and the chocolate/crunchies were melting quicker than i can get the tiffin made 😭😭😭

Please know we have tried our absolute best this week and we are proud that we've not had to cancel anything ❤️ Tomorrow is still forecast to be warm for cakes (26°c-30°c depending on area) so although we usually recommend storing at room temperature for majority of cakes this weekend is an exception and youre probably best storing in the fridge and then letting come to room temperature for an hour before consuming ❤️❤️

🥵🌡🔥🌞 We are doing our best to bake for Frodsham Artisan Market this saturday and Prestbury Artisan Market this sunday.

We've done a full day of baking in this heat and im flagging already, going to do our best over the next 2 days but we'll have a reduce menu this weekend 💔🌡 I just cant make the usual amount without making myself bad with a migraine 😭

Although it will be cooler sat/sun it will still be warm in terms of having cakes on the stall so we've tried to adapt the menu to products that are more suitable. Unfortunately this means no blondies and very limited brownies‼️
