A 30th anniversary cake all packed up for a lovely returning customer's parents.

I love it when my customers trust me with the design - the brief was that her Dad loves jam so this is a Madagascan vanilla bean sponge layer cake filled with homemade raspberry jam, covered with Swiss meringue buttercream and decorated with freeze dried raspberries. Happy Anniversary! 💕💕💕

I'm so excited to announce that my next Afternoon Tea collaboration will be at Thirteen in Bicester on Sunday 30th September.

I'll be making seasonal finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones, homemade jam and plenty of yummy sweet treats.

The pictures below are from previous Afternoon Teas I have provided - I personally make the menu for each of my events and each is unique 😊
