We have now changed our cafe into a French food shop.....with many products that will remind you of France! We are a family run business in Beverley, East Yorkshire. Husband and wife, Thierry & Nicky Condette, along with our 3 sons Patrice, Fabian & Remi. We begin our journey in 2007, when Thierry began making croissants, brioche and fruit tarts at home and taking them to sell at Beverleys saturda
y market, they soon became very popular, so we expanded to Cottingham market. Pocklington market and Beverleys Wednesday market. During this time, it was always our dream that we would eventually open a shop. We found a place that we could manage and in August 2008 we opened T C Patisserie. We have worked hard to build up a good business and have many loyal customers, both in the shop, cafe and on the market, which we continue to do every saturday. We make all of our croissants, brioche, patisseries and savouries on the premises, and due to Covid 19, we have now changed our business, from a cafe to a French food shop, with authentic French products to compliment our own handmade Patisseries. All of the patisseries that Thierry makes are available to order in larger sizes and bite size for parties or buffets. No limit to the amount of people, Thierry is happy to take orders for any size buffet!! We also make celebration cakes, our sponges are light and airy genoise sponge, layered with fresh cream and raspberries, but any flavours can be catered for.
