Karmic cakery

It is with a very heavy heart I have taken the decision to close The Cakery and all things Karmic. I would like to thank everyone that has supported me over the years, either as visitors or working alongside me. I have met so many wonderful people and made lifetime friends through that little cafe and it really is a heartbreaking decision for me but one I sadly have to take. I will be taking away so many happy memories so a huge heartfelt thank you for that.

A couple of today’s cakes. Lemon & strawberry sponge with my homemade strawberry jam, which is blooming yummy 😋 and my Hot x bun fruit loaf. I’m here until 3pm today with a selection of homemade cakes & a new lunch menu , dine in or takeout 🌱 Come and say hi, I promise not to bore you with my holiday photos 😉

Open tomorrow & Saturday before closing for a couple of weekends, so come and grab some cake & lunch before we take a little break 😊🌱 Gift vouchers are also available to collect at The Cakery, these could make a nice Mother’s Day gift for Sunday 💝

I’m going on a trip that has been 18+ months in the making , to say that I’m a bit giddy about it would definitely be an understatement! So The Cakery will be closed for a couple of weeks, definitely the down side of being a team of 1 ( other than my Scarlett of course!) BUT on the plus side, if, like me you are a lover of a little spice in your food life, then I’m hoping to bring a bit of culinary knowledge gained and some smouldering sauces back with me to share with you guys, I’m definitely looking forward to all of the above!
