Less than 5 weeks to go until Ambergate carnival and we have more great news! We have a Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Fly Past confirmed! It was great last year! Time and which aircraft are yet to be confirmed. Spread the word!

Another drizzly Wednesday at the cake shed, I swear the weather knows when I open 😂 Anyway why not help yourself to one of our delicious bakes to cheer you up? We have cinnamon rolls to warm you up or why not grab a cookie, brownie or slice of cake to have with a hot cup of tea? It will certainly brighten up your Wednesday 🥰🥰

It’s Wednesday tomorrow and you know what that means 😁 the cake shed will be open again from 8am!

On this week’s menu we have:

⭐️ Vegan Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Icing - these soft fluffy rolls are sooo yummy heated up then drizzled all over with the vegan cream cheese icing!

⭐️ Oreo Rocky Road - delicious crunchy Oreo’s brought together with mouthwatering white chocolate and combined with fluffy Mini marshmallows and glace cherries

⭐️ Kinder Bueno Cookie Pie - Stuffed full with kinder chocolate and kinder bueno in a hazelnut creme topped with chocolate drizzle and yet more kinder bueno or kinder chocolate

⭐️ Smarties NYC Cookies - these cookies are absolutely packed with smarties and are so thick and delicious you won’t be able to resist them!

⭐️ Lemon Drizzle Cake - a beautifully moist and fluffy cake bursting with refreshingly zesty lemon flavour making this a consistently popular bake

⭐️ Mint Aero Brownies - Chocolatey minty heaven is in each one of these massive brownies. They are loaded with lots of bubbly mint aero, drizzled with mint aero with more mint aero crumbled over top!

⭐️ Snickers Cheesecake Pots - a chocolatey nutty biscuit base, layered with silky cheesecake flavoured with caramel and chocolate and swirled with lots of snickers, topped with cream, drizzled with more caramel and topped with even more snickers

⭐️ Toffee Apple Cake - a toffee and cinnamon flavoured sponge filled with pieces of apple and topped with caramel icing and a caramel drizzle

Our soft and fluffy vegan cinnamon rolls are back on the cake shed menu this week. These swirls of deliciousness are irresistible warmed up and drizzled with a generous helping of our vegan cream cheese icing 🤤🤤

Our lovely competition winner took home this mouthwatering 6 inch chocolate cake for her husband’s birthday. 2 Layers of rich chocolate sponge, sandwiched together with silky chocolate ganache and topped with rich chocolate buttercream and a chocolate ganache drip. What more could a chocolate lover want?!? 🤤 🤤
