Pistachio Shio Pan 🤎

Shio Pan (Japanese Salt Bread) being a mix of sweet and salty, doughy, enriched, squishy bread.

Somewhere between a bagel and pretzel we’d say. Ours are either pistachio crème filled or salami & hot honey filled. Both doused in butter post bake 🔥

Great reheated - or straight away of course.

These beauties pass for breakfast, lunch and dessert 🎉
