We recently placed second in a croissant competition and we’re delighted at the result.

But what really sets our croissants apart from those you’ll find in a supermarket or even in some cafes? They are each handmade using only high-quality ingredients. The flour is specifically for pastries and comes from France. Our butter of course, is from and they use excellent quality crème fraîche and churn the butter themselves.

The method of slowly laminating the dough and butter produces a flaky exterior and delicate, but rich interior. We only get about 30 items out of one batch of dough and whatever is leftover is made into our almond croissants, again using excellent ingredients and methods.

A croissant should stand alone as a pastry for itself. No sauce, no finishing, no fillings. The amount of care and attention that goes into each batch will show you how much we care and you’ll taste that when you bite into it.

Support local. Seek out the artisan bakers and demand better quality wherever you go.
