For any of my baking friends please do not use CFW if you need chocolate. Had 20kg delivered while I was away. Opened at the weekend to discover that the bags were covered in dirt and that 1 bag had a hole in it, they are refusing to do anything about it as I reported it outside of 5 days after delivery. They have also said that I can't prove that I didn't cause the damage and that there's no way it left their warehouse with a hole in it. Massive blow to a small business such as myself as I now can't use over £100 worth of chocolate.
