The idea for Luma started several years ago when I was baking just for fun. Later that year I experienced severe pancreatitis and as a result became insulin dependant diabetic. At first it was very difficult to adjust to new circumstances, mostly because I thought I would never be able to eat or make any desserts. However after a while I started experimenting and that brought me here now. I know how difficult it is for somebody with this diagnosis to enjoy life, and I hope that maybe I can help make it bit more easier.
