Beautiful light lemon sponge with a lemon crémeux filling.

What is this lemon crémeux we keep going on about?
It's similar to lemon curd but it's lighter and creamier and just a little sweeter but still has a beautiful lemon tang to taste. It's chefs kiss 🍋😘

1st tier was Jam and cream of course
2nd tier was Lemon sponge with a lemon cremeux 🍋

If you're into lemon desserts or maybe even if you think you're not, HIGHLY recommend that one. I wasn't even a lemon lover but now I am!
