As well as baking, I love making pizza. The best part of making Detroit-style pizza at home? Getting to eat the corner slice immediately. 🤤🔥

Tried my hand at a homemade Detroit-style slice today. Focused on getting that perfect airy, pillowy crust and those signature caramelised cheese sides. Finished it off with my own flavoursome tomato sauce, freshly grated parm, and a few leaves of garden basil.

The memo was a Lemon Meringue tart but make it fancy for a special occasion so we opted for some beautiful piped meringue, macarons, our candied lemons and edible gold leaf.

🌸🏵️ Scooby Doo theme cake off to Ballycastle for a birthday surprise. We think this lady has excellent taste, they really just don't make cartoons like they used to! I don't even care if that makes us sound like pensioners lol can't deny the facts 🌸🏵️

Definitely seeing a trend with our customers loving a fault line cake, pinks and golds and jam and cream.

We're going to add some new flavours soon but keep the classics as well. I tried one of the new flavours recently and it was unreal! Definitely one to add to the menu.

Tasting the cakes and desserts is definitely a perk of the job 🤩

Fresh lemon meringue tarts. Sablé dough tart shells made ourselves filled with our own zingy lemon curd and topped with soft and sweet meringue finished with a blow torch for that beautiful caramelised look 😘

These come in boxes of 6 or 12 and are perfect for any occasion or sweet treats excuse 😉
