Last week for orders before I go on holiday! I will be taking the following two weeks off in November: 18/11 and 25/11 for a short holiday to Portugal and then Thanksgiving. I’ll be returning in December for loads of Christmas bakes. So get your orders in soon if you’d like anything this Friday! These cinnamon rolls freeze really well to stash away for later! 😊

Last call for sourdough orders! Please get them in by 5pm for Friday collection. If you’ve ever wondered why it takes so long to make sourdough… here’s my method! Tonight I feed my starter.
Tomorrow I mix, knead, stretch & shape.
Overnight, flavour develops as the bread slowly rises.
Friday, I bake with lots of steam for a crackle crust.

Nothing like an everything bagel with lox and cream cheese. My NYC bagels are always super popular every week! My favourite topping is everything, but there’s lots of options like cheddar, poppy, sesame and more. Available for Friday collection!

Happy Halloween! Pumpkin pies are back on the menu! Really excited to be making these again this year as they were such a hit last year. They’ll only be on the menu for a couple of weeks this time! Available for this Friday’s collection!

Coffey Cakes is returning on 28/10 with special autumn and Halloween bakes! This afternoon I recipe tested a few new things whilst still recovering from jet lag. New to the menu will be these giant triple chocolate brownie cookies. They're packed with melted chocolate, chocolate chips, and topped with smarties in autumn colours! 🍂

Due to an unexpected family emergency that requires me to urgently travel to Colorado, Coffey Cakes will be going on hiatus for the next month. I’ll keep you updated here when I know I’ll be returning. Thanks everyone for your understanding, I hope to be back soon.
