This year I'll be doing Movember to raise money for men's mental health services.
In 2018, 228 men committed su***de in Northern ireland, Almost 3 times as many men killed themselves than women.
Many of the people who committed su***de were unknown to have had any mental health issues, this is because of the lack of help available in northern ireland.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated and would go towards making services more available and hopefully reducing the amount of suicdes in northern ireland.

johnny's Motivation: I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. I need your help. Please donate to support men's health.
