I’ll be taking some time to chill and recharge and enjoy a little break before getting back into the kitchen and creating more delicious treats for you all! 🧁🍰

Out my comfort zone

Found a passion for sea dipping about a year ago and I normally do a group session with and do yoga, sea dipping then .

Decided yesterday to book a session for this morning to go on my own, was excited and nervous at the same time.

I wish I could bottle up how I felt after dipping it was incredible, I felt energised , full of life, smiling, so happy and incredible proud that I did it myself and I realised I could do it on my own.

Can’t wait to do it all again next week , who wants to join me .

Macarons

It’s Andy’s birthday today, my amazing partner. He has been asking for macarons for a while now.

Last night i made my first batch, verdict from the birthday boy , they were nice, chewy, tasty if a little thick. I will try again as I want to try and perfect them.

Got to start somewhere .

Anyone got a recipe for macarons send my way.

PROUD

I don’t think we tell ourselves often enough how good we are. We are quick to praise other people and businesses but we never praise ourselves. But I praising me today for everything I created in LBB.

I am so proud of what I have created here in LBB. I am passionate about every single bake I make, I want to bring a little bit of joy in my sweet treats.
