Brian's made this Simnel cake for a customer. It has a marzipan layer in the middle and toasted marzipan on top. It traditionally has eleven balls to represent the eleven faithful disciples (with the exception of Judas Iscariot). Happy Easter everyone!

3-layer Oreo cake.

Customer was very happy with this 10-inch cheesecake, with crushed Maltesers and toasted marshmallow flavouring on the inside, drizzled with chocolate, and topped with a selection of chocolates.
