A Lord of the Rings themed wedding cake with hand painted gold scroll work. A favourite for me, growing up in a house of books, this design was close to my heart for so many reasons.

This was a cake without gluten containing ingredients as well as using lactose free products. A tricky combination to pull off with temperatures getting warmer!

Here's a cake I made earlier 😊

Lake District theme with sugar figurines and hand painted watercolor effect (this was super hard to do because I'm really not a traditional medium kind of artist!)

Learning all the time and loving it!

This cake had the following flavours:

Chocolate and Bailey's
Lemon and white chocolate
Key lime and white chocolate
Carrot
Strawberry champagne and vanilla

The wedding cake from this weekend. The brief: a sapphire geode with silver leaf and grey marble effect.

This baby was filled with ginger and chocolate tiers and smothered in chocolate orange ganache.
