I loved designing this unique take on a mermaid cake, using all the birthday girls favourite colours. 🧜‍♀️

Hand painted gold detailing really brought the design together, and there was a surprise inside - of rainbow buttercream 🌈

Here’s a GUCCI themed cake for a young man turning 18 this weekend. I added masculine elements to the design by adding the texture of the wood grain and distressed leather.
I love how it turned out!

How to take it up a notch with your cupcake gifting for a special occasion! 🧁 I had great fun creating these, getting creative with buttercream and revisiting some of the piping technique I learned at college five years ago!
